You wake up. You look around the room before looking down at your hands, holding the ipad used to sign consent for the test. Before the viewer even knows what has happened the nurse is thanking the viewer and taking the Ipad as if they had already signed.  

"Im so glad you changed your mind about the test... It truly is the best choice.. you cant be to sure" the nurse said... sitting at the desk scrolling through the Ipad. 

looking at the viewer and  then back at the Ipad the nurse takes a large breath followed by an even larger sigh. " We are going to get started now if you dont mind just give me a moment" she says. The nurse bends down and from under the desk she retrieves a a large briefcase. She spends several moments rumaging through the case and looking back at the Ipad.

slamming the door open a doctor, in a black turtle neck and pitchblack circular classes comes barging in 


Doctor: "Is this the one" he says without even looking over at  the viewer


"Nurse": "Its just as I said...Hes like the others" the nurse hiding the Ipad as she passed it over.

Doctor: "Ah I see... well all the paperwork seems to be in order.. So lets get this started many patience to get to" the doctor said reaching into the large briefcase on the desk

"pleas if you could tell me which card you prefer best" the doctor says turning around two almost identical rorshack images
